In recent years, many researches have confirmed that microRNAs (miRNAs) are directly related to many diseases. In addition to miRNAs in the circulating system have been identified as reliable biomarkers, the presence of different cancer-associated miRNAs has been found in other human body fluids including urine, saliva, and cerebrospinal fluid; when detecting and quantifying their size, malignancy, they can respond to tumors. miRNAs in the urine are not affected by age, gender, and cell cycle, so these data are expected to be the basis for future clinical diagnosis of cancer. Urine is the easiest to obtain biopsy and it is one of the non-invasive biomarkers, however, research of miRNAs in urine as potential biomarkers have been relatively rare so far. It is hoped to use a specific miRNA biomarker that can be stably identified in urine to develop a rapid and sensitive diagnostic instrument called Urine Tumor MicroRNA Sensor. Fast, simple, highly sensitive, selective, reliable, and low-cost, and the ability to efficiently analyze tumor miRNAs in urine in a minimal amount of sample to achieve targeted care goal. Collect and extract miRNAs associated with a specific disease in the urine of the patient, and then binds to the carbon electrode surface with the designed probe, and then detects it by different electrochemical instruments. The obtained information can be seen in the urine samples of various cancers. The results are confirmed by RT-qPCR, and the correctness of the test data can be confirmed. It is expected that the immediate progress of monitoring the progress of the disease in the cancer patients who contribute to the care and will greatly help in the timely adjustment of the treatment direction.
